Weddings

I have a wide range of repertoire including light classical, contemporary popular, jazz and show tunes.

Corporate And V.I.P. Events
The harp will add a touch of class and elegance to any corporate event. It can help set the perfect ambiance whilst remaining subtly in the background.
I have performed for a wide range of corporate clients including Deloitte, Drummond’s Bank, KPMG, BP and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
I play at venues throughout the UK. The Victoria and Albert Museum, the Savoy Hotel, Tate Britain and Althorp House are just some of the many venues where I have played.
Some people I have performed for include former Prime Ministers, the Lord Mayor of London, Princess Anne, the Princess Royal, and former Mayors of London.
Concerts
Concert work is an important part of my career. I perform regularly in orchestral concerts as well as playing as a soloist and in various ensembles. I have performed with the Orquesta Sinfonica de Tenerife, Orquesta Filamonica de Gran Canaria, Surrey Opera, Southbank Sinfonia, and Kent Sinfonia to name but a few.
My recent concerti performances have included Debussy’s Danses, Mozart’s Flute and Harp Concerto, Handel’s Harp Concerto and Ginastera’s Harp Concerto.
I am a founder member of the Sussex based Tilling Ensemble with whom I have performed throughout the South-East. including at the Rye Festival. We have had the privilege of premiering new works by the composer Simon Clark.
Meet Anna
My passion for the unique sound of harp music extends back for as long as I can remember and I have been playing harp since I was a child.
I studied at Birmingham and Leeds Universities, achieving a BA(hons) in English and Music, and an MMus in Performance.
Since completing my studies, I have embarked upon a busy freelance career both at home in the UK and abroad.
Having played all over the UK. Some memorable performances include playing for the Prime Minister, Princess Anne, the Princess Royal, the Lord Mayor and the Mayor of London.
Events that I have played include the Rye Festival as a member of the Sussex based Tilling Ensemble, plus performances of:
- Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols at St Martins-in-the-Fields and Portsmouth Cathedral
- Handel’s Harp Concerto with the Voce Ensemble
Debussy’s Danses at the Brighton Fringe Festival - Mozart’s Flute and Harp Concerto on a number of occasions.
I made my Purcell Room and BBC Radio 3 debuts in 2004 in a Halloween concert at the Purcell Room with James Bowman, Peter Medhurst, Linda Howarth and Carol Wells.
In addition I appeared with the film director Ken Russell in a BBC Television series “A Picture of Britain”.
Other performances include the Orquesta Sinfonica de Tenerife, Orquesta Filamonica de Gran Canaria, Britten-Pears Orchestra, and Southbank Sinfonia.
